Whether you're looking to squeeze in a workout during nap time, need an excuse to get out of the house, or looking for an afternoon to yourself, I've got convenient options for you to Mom So Hard.

 

Virtual Training

Can't get away? Don't want a stranger in your home? I get it. I can come to you through your computer screen in real time, thanks to the magic of the internet. $20/session

 

Park Training

Prefer to take in some fresh air while you sweat? We can hit the trails or lift weights in the park; whatever suits your fancy! $35+/session

 

My Place

This option offers the most versatility, as I have lots of fun equipment on hand, plus plenty of indoor and outdoor space to maximize your workout desires. $35/session

...or Yours

The most convenient in-person option, as long as you're in the Portland metro area, I'll lug some of my equipment and my cute face to your place. As long as you have an area rug-sized open space, you have room to workout. $40+/session
